David Nufer Bolmer passed away on Thursday, October 8, at his home, following a sudden illness. He was born in Danbury on January 19, 1958.
Dave had a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering at Central State University and worked as an engineering contractor in the aerospace industry for multiple manufacturers including Pitney Bowes of Danbury; Sikorsky Aircraft of Stratford; Huntington Ingalls of Corpus Christi, Texas; and Butler Aerospace of Shelton. https://www.newtownbee.com/10152020/david-bolmer/

Although I hadn't seen him for many years, Dave and I reconnected on Facebook some years ago and he was still the same fun, solid, kind person that I remembered him to be. What a good friend. We sure will miss Big Dave, but he's with Jesus now, which is what he wanted, and I hope to join him some day. RIP, David.
