I remember Ricky teaching some of us how to play various drinking games backstage during Senior Class play rehearsals.  He was a funny guy.

Ric Bussmann served in the U.S. Air Force from 1977 until 1981 or 1982 (I will double check the date).  His first duty station was at Homestead AFB in Homestead, Florida near Miami.  He later served at Upper Heyford AFB in England, and finally at Mountain Home AFB in Idaho.  It was in Idaho that he perished.  In the process of returning from a night out with a fellow airman, Ric was ejected when the driver falied to negotiate a sharp curve.  He was killed instantly.

Ricky was warm, friendly and very funny. He seemed to love life and was a pleasureto be around. I remember reading something about him in the paper in the 8o's but didn't want to believe it. So sorry!
